Black Bean Salsa

1 red bell pepper diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 yellow bell pepper diced
½ red onion diced
1 can corn
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
¼ c. olive oil
4 TBLSP red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime juice
Mix all together and serve with your favorite brand tortilla chips.
Avocado and tomatoes make a great addition.
