My sister gave me this cookbook as a wedding present, and in the 10 years I've been married it has been THE resource I always turn to. I've never been disappointed!

Angie!!! I am so lame!!! I just noticed you had started this blog...and I love it!! I LOVE to cook, so I will keep you company. And Joy of Cooking? Hands down, always the first book I check out. I have my grandmothers old one it's so fun to look at!!
Is that Aunt Connie? I can't see her using the word 'lame'. Weird. Anyway, I'll have to check this one out, my never fail book is Better Homes, the red and white checked one. I love it. That, and a stake cookbook from AZ my BFF gave me, it has ALL the mormon recipes like funeral potatoes, and green jello salad!;)
GOD BLESS YOU FOR PUTTING THIS BLOG TOGETHER. I plan to read it every day and get good ideas for dinners for the family!
BTW, the Joy of Cooking is a favorite around here too. You just can't beat the classics!
